Experience the joy and convenience of the giant splash pad, a family favorite in St. Joe, right in front of the house! You can feel the mist from the splash pad when the wind blows and smell the delicious aroma of Silver Beach Pizza from the cozy screened-in porch on the lower level! Walk up the stairs onto the bluff and enjoy all of the wonderful restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping that St. Joe has to offer. And the sunsets... the most beautiful in Michigan!
The house is split into two units with separate entrances - The Lighthouse and The Pier. Each unit contains 3 bedrooms.
